Heart, soul, mind and body are connected and form a solid foundation when we are in harmony. But life can challenge and unbalance our base. It's not always easy to overcome obstacles and move forward while remaining strong and confident.
When such a challenge arises, our joie de vivre, our thinking, our psyche and our body can be affected.
We have the impression that we do not have a clear goal or that we lack meaning in our life and in our daily routine. All our efforts to find or develop ourselves seem unsuccessful.
Perhaps it's at times like these that we need special, professional support to help us choose a path that better meets our needs and allows us to regain our self-confidence. The needs and potential for healing lies in our subconscious. They are not always within our reach. We've learned too well to function and ignore our needs and feelings... whether in relationships, work life, with a partner, a higher purpose...
... shows maturity and courage, but also self-awareness. The first step always is hard to take. That's why I'm committed to provide a confidential space where you can be heard in a caring, non-judgmental way. My approach, based in humanistic psychotherapy, is integrative. In other words, I adapt the therapy to your needs and personality.
To find new ways, to initiate new processes of development, to become aware of one's own desires and needs, to follow one's own path with satisfaction, to maintain a healthy love relationship, to strengthen one's self-confidence or to learn how to deal with conflicts...
These are the goals of psychotherapy. Together we'll find out what's really important for you and your well-being.
